Made from surgical quality stainless steel is a disc that contains over 100 very small sharp blades similar to what you would see on a cheese grater - only round! When fruits and vegetables come into contact with this disc they are 'grated' extensively to release their juice. This makes light work of the juicing process.
Besides the powerful motor and high quality blade the power juicers also include another great feature - an extra wide 3" feed chute. This feed chute really helps to cut down on prep time. Apples and carrots fit in the feed chute whole, so they need nothing more than a rinse before hand. No chopping or slicing!
